You assign a consent form to the services that need it. When the client books, the confirmation includes a link to read it and sign it with their finger on their phone before the appointment. BoneBook stores the signature with the date and a fingerprint of the text signed, and in the diary you see whether it's signed.
Is a consent form signed on a phone legally valid?+
BoneBook stores the signature, the date and a fingerprint (hash) of the exact text that was signed, and you can download or print it. The content of the consent form is your business's responsibility: have the templates checked by a legal professional before using them.
What information does the client record hold?+

Who can see the photos in the technical records?+
