Terms of service
Last updated: 23 October 2026
These terms govern the use of BoneBook by businesses and professionals. By signing up you accept these terms, the legal notice and the privacy policy, including the data processing agreement in section 9.
1. Parties
The provider is José Manuel Ramírez Fernández (Boneluv), tax ID (NIF) 47565799M, with registered address at C/ General Armero, 86, 41420 Fuentes de Andalucía (Sevilla) and email hola@bonebook.es.
The customer is the business or professional that signs up to BoneBook (hereinafter, "the business"). BoneBook is intended for professional use: by signing up you declare that you are acting in the course of your business or professional activity.
2. The service
Depending on the plan you choose, BoneBook includes: a booking page and app with the business's branding, a diary and management dashboard, confirmations and reminders, review requests, customer records, collection of deposits and online payments, and the other features described on the pricing page.
We may improve and change the features of the service. If we remove something important from your plan, we will let you know in advance.
3. Free trial, price and payment
Plans come with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial, but nothing is charged until it ends. If you cancel before then, you pay nothing.
When the trial ends, the subscription is charged monthly in advance to the card provided, at the current price of the plan, VAT included. Payments are handled by Stripe. You will receive invoices by email.
If a payment fails, we will let you know and Stripe will try again. If it still remains unpaid, we may suspend the dashboard and the booking page until the matter is resolved.
If we change our prices, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance; you may cancel before the change takes effect.
4. No minimum term: changing plan and cancelling
There is no minimum term. You can change plan or cancel whenever you want from the dashboard. If you cancel, the service stays active until the end of the period already paid for and is not renewed. Amounts for periods that have already started are not refunded.
As the service is for professionals, consumers' right of withdrawal does not apply. Even so, the free trial lets you try the service before you pay.
After cancellation, we will keep your business's data for 90 days in case you want to come back; after that we will delete it, except for what the law requires us to keep (for example, invoices).
5. Payments from your customers (deposits and online payments)
If you enable online payments, you connect your own Stripe account. Payments from your customers go directly into your account: you are the seller, you set the amounts and the refund policy, and you are responsible to your customers for refunds, complaints and disputes.
BoneBook does not charge any commission on these payments. Stripe applies its own fees and terms, which you accept when you create your account with them.
BoneBook does not store card details and has no access to your money.
6. WhatsApp and communications
Reminders and notifications via WhatsApp are sent from the number you link. You are responsible for using it in accordance with WhatsApp's terms and for having a legal basis to contact your customers.
Come-back notices and review requests always include a way to unsubscribe.
7. Your obligations
You agree to provide accurate details when signing up, to keep your password safe, to publish only content that you have the rights to, and to use BoneBook in accordance with the law.
You are responsible for the services you offer, for your prices and for the information you publish on your booking page.
8. Availability and liability
We make backups and work to keep BoneBook available at all times, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. Where possible, we will give advance notice of scheduled maintenance.
Our total liability to the business is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the liability, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. We are not liable for loss of profit or indirect damages.
9. Your customers' data (data processing agreement)
With regard to your customers' data (name, phone number, email, appointments, notes), you are the data controller and BoneBook is your data processor, in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR. By accepting these terms, this processing agreement is signed:
BoneBook will process that data only to provide you with the service and following your instructions; will keep it confidential; will apply appropriate security measures (encryption in transit, backups, restricted access); will help you respond to your customers' rights requests; will notify you without delay of any security breach; and, when the service ends, will delete the data within the period set out in section 4.
You authorise BoneBook to use these sub-processors: IONOS SE (servers in the European Union), Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (payments, if you enable them) and, for WhatsApp messages, Meta's WhatsApp service through your own number. We will notify you if we change sub-processor so that you can object.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. If the change is significant, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance; if you do not agree, you can cancel at no cost before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Seville.
