No sign-up, no downloads
Clients book from the browser in four steps: service, professional or "first available", day and time.
Real free slots only
Only the times you genuinely have free are shown. A slot can never be booked twice, even if two clients try at the same moment.
Change or cancel without calling
The client gets an email confirmation and can change or cancel from the link. The slot goes back on sale.
Waiting list
If there's no slot, the client joins the list for a day and a time of day, and we let them know by email, or by WhatsApp on the Pro plan, when an appointment frees up.
A tidy service menu
Grouped by category, with duration and price. You can also show the payment methods you accept in person: cash, card or bank transfer.

Barbershops
The client comes in from your Instagram link, picks a cut and beard trim and their barber, and books without messaging anyone. Overnight bookings are already in the diary when you open.
Physiotherapy
The patient books a session from Google or from the link you sent them. They choose the physio and the time, and the clinic stops taking calls just to give out appointments.
Car washes
Each type of wash has its own duration, so the client only sees times when their car really fits. No more Saturday queues.

Do my clients have to sign up or download anything?+
No. They book from the browser by choosing a service, a professional, a day and a time, and they leave their contact details for the confirmation. If they want, they can install your app on their phone with one tap.
How do I add a booking button to Instagram and Google?+
Copy your BoneBook link and paste it into your Instagram bio and your Google Business Profile. In the dashboard there are step-by-step guides for adding the "Book" button in both places.
Can the same slot be booked twice?+
No. Only free slots are shown and, if two clients try to take the same time at once, only one of them gets it.
What happens if a client can't find a slot?+
They can join the waiting list for a day and a time of day (morning, afternoon or all day). If an appointment that suits them frees up, we let them know by email or, on the Pro plan, by WhatsApp.
