A client sees hair-stroke brows on your Instagram and books a two-hour session for Thursday from your bio. Because the service has a deposit, she pays it on her phone when booking and the money goes straight to your Stripe account. With the confirmation she receives the permanent makeup consent form, which she reads in her own time and signs with her finger that same evening; on Thursday you see it marked as signed in the diary. When the session ends, you note the pigment and technique in her technical record and upload the before and after photos, which only your studio sees. You explain that the top-up is due in a few weeks; if she doesn't book it, the rebooking reminder messages her when the number of days you set has passed. Meanwhile, your other clients book by themselves and get their WhatsApp reminder the day before.
