A Friday in a car wash that uses BoneBook
Your car wash has two bays, set up as resources on the Business plan. On Friday at 9:00 an SUV comes in for a polish with ceramic coating that takes up one bay for the whole day; the customer booked from your Google profile and paid the deposit when booking. The other bay chains together hour-long full valets and the odd 30-minute exterior wash. At 11:00, with both bays busy, those services can no longer be booked for that slot. A customer who comes in every month completes his loyalty card and you redeem the wash you chose as the reward from his record. Another pays for her interior clean with the gift card she was given, entering the code when booking. Before handing back the SUV, you upload the before and after photos to its technical record. At closing, nobody has phoned to ask for a time.

Yes, on every plan. You connect your Stripe account and, for each service, choose to take a deposit, the full price or nothing. If the customer cancels with the notice you set, the deposit is refunded; if not, you keep it.
Does it work for a drive-through tunnel wash with no appointments?+
BoneBook is for businesses that work by appointment. If your wash is drive-in with no set time, you don't need it; if you do both, you can use it for the services by appointment, such as interiors or detailing.
Does BoneBook issue invoices or have a till?+
No. It takes deposits, payments and gift cards online with your Stripe account, but it doesn't issue invoices and isn't a till: you keep handling that as you do now.
