A Saturday in a massage studio that uses BoneBook
You have three therapists and two rooms, set up as resources on the Business plan. On Saturday at 11:00 both rooms are busy, so nobody can book another massage at that time even though a therapist is free. One of those appointments is a hot stone massage that the client pays for with the gift card she was given for her birthday: she entered the code when booking and it was deducted from her balance. Meanwhile, someone messages your WhatsApp asking whether there's a slot in the afternoon; the assistant shows them the free times and books a 60-minute relaxing massage without you taking your hands off a client. At midday, a client buys a package of five massages at reception and receives his code. In the evening, someone else buys a gift card online to give on Sunday, and in the dashboard you see everything that's been sold.

Can I sell gift cards online?+
Yes, on every plan. You choose fixed amounts or a free amount and the validity in months. With online payments switched on they're sold on your page; you can also sell them at the studio. The code is spent when booking, in full or in part, and if the appointment is cancelled, the balance goes back.
Can I control my treatment rooms?+
Yes, on the Business plan: each room is set up as a resource and, if all of them are busy, the service that uses them can't be booked for that slot. On Starter and Pro the diary works by professional.
Does it work for a spa with a thermal circuit?+
BoneBook books services with their practitioner and, on Business, their room: massages, rituals, treatments. Tickets for a circuit with a capacity for several people at once, like group classes, aren't handled yet.
Is BoneBook a till for my spa?+
No. It takes online deposits, services, packages and gift cards with your Stripe account, but it isn't a till and doesn't issue invoices: you keep handling in-person payments and invoicing as you do now.
