Do the prices include VAT?+
Yes. Prices are per month with VAT included: Starter €29, Pro €49 and Business €89. What you see is what you pay.
How does the free trial work?+
You get 14 days free to try BoneBook. We email you 3 days before the trial ends so there are no surprises and, if you don't want to continue, you cancel from your dashboard.
Why do you ask for a card for the trial?+
So that, if you like it, everything keeps working on day 15 with no interruption. Nothing is charged during the 14 days and you can cancel beforehand from the dashboard.
Is there a contract?+
No. You pay month by month and cancel whenever you like from your dashboard, without calling anyone.
Can I change plan?+
Yes. You can change plan from the dashboard whenever you need to, for example moving from Starter to Pro when someone else joins the team.
Does BoneBook charge commission?+
No. There's no commission per booking or per new client. If you switch on online payments, the money goes to your own Stripe account and BoneBook takes nothing; Stripe charges its own fees on each payment.
Do I get an invoice for the subscription?+
Yes, you receive an invoice for your BoneBook subscription. Bear in mind that BoneBook doesn't issue invoices to your clients: it isn't an invoicing program or a till.
