Purpose

BoneBook is an online appointment booking system for service businesses (hairdressers, barbershops, beauty salons, tattoo studios, physiotherapy and similar). Businesses sign up for BoneBook so that their customers can book appointments on their own booking page.

Each booking page (for example, bonebook.es/business-name) belongs to the relevant business, which is the party that provides the booked service and is responsible for it. BoneBook only provides the tool.

Use of the website

You agree to use the website and the booking pages in good faith, without making false bookings, without trying to access other people's accounts and without damaging or overloading the service.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Intellectual property

The BoneBook brand, the website design, the software and the texts belong to the owner or are used under licence. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Each business's logos, photos and texts belong to that business.

Liability

We work to keep the website available and error-free at all times, but we cannot guarantee this. We are not responsible for the services that businesses provide or for the content they publish on their pages.

Links to third-party websites (for example, Stripe or Google) are governed by their own terms.

Governing law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
