For tattoo studios
A booking app for tattoo studios and artists
BoneBook is a booking app for tattoo studios: clients book a consultation, a flash piece or a session with the artist they want on your own branded page and app, 24/7, and only see real free time in each artist's diary. You stop managing bookings through DMs. It costs from €29/month including VAT, with no commission. It doesn't take deposits, so payment stays with you.
- No commission per booking
- No contract

The booking chaos every tattoo studio knows
Art sells on Instagram, but the diary shouldn't live in your DMs.
Bookings lost in Instagram DMs
Enquiries, dates and changes scattered across messages are easy to miss. With a booking link, consultations and sessions land straight in the diary.
Each artist, their own diary
Guest spots, different days and holidays make availability hard to share. Each artist has their own schedule and clients only see their real free time.
Sessions of very different lengths
A small flash piece and a half-day session can't be booked the same way. Each service blocks its own duration.
What BoneBook does for a tattoo studio
A clean way to book artists, without changing how you work.
Book by artist
Clients pick the artist whose style they want. Each artist has their own weekly hours, holidays and blocked days.
Consultations and sessions
Offer a free consultation, flash pieces and sessions of different lengths, each with its own duration and price.
Your studio's own app
Your logo and colours on the booking page and app, not a third-party listing.
Reminders before every session
Email confirmation for every booking and, on Pro, a WhatsApp reminder 24 hours before from your studio's number.
Block convention days
Block out conventions, guest spots or drawing days so nobody can book them, and add bookings by hand.
Link in your bio
Put your booking link in your Instagram bio and on Google, and a QR code at the counter for walk-ins.
A week in a tattoo studio that uses BoneBook
On Monday morning you check the week: two consultations booked overnight from the link in your Instagram bio, each a 30-minute slot in the artist's diary the client chose. Your resident artist works Tuesday to Saturday; your guest artist is only in on Thursday and Friday, and clients can only book them on those days. A three-hour session on Wednesday blocks the whole afternoon, so nothing else can be squeezed in. You discuss the design and agree the deposit with the client directly, as you always have, then add the follow-up session by hand. The convention weekend at the end of the month is blocked, so nobody can book it. The day before each session, clients get a WhatsApp reminder with the time. Your DMs are back to what they're for: talking about the art.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best booking app for a tattoo studio?+
If you want clients to book consultations and sessions with each artist on your own branded page, without commission, BoneBook is a simple option: from €29/month for one artist or €49/month for the whole studio, VAT included.
Can I take deposits through BoneBook?+
No. BoneBook doesn't take payments or deposits. Most studios agree and take the deposit directly after the consultation, then add the session to the diary.
Can I book long sessions over several hours?+
Yes. Each service has its own duration, so you can create sessions of two, three or more hours that block the artist's diary for that time.
Can I keep consent forms or client records in it?+
No. BoneBook only stores the booking details (name, phone and email). Consent forms and aftercare records should be kept as you do now.
Can guest artists have their own availability?+
Yes. Each artist has their own weekly hours and holidays, so a guest artist can be bookable only on the days they're in.
