A day in a nutrition practice that uses BoneBook
A typical Monday: at 9:00 you have an hour-long first consultation, then three 30-minute reviews and, in the afternoon, two online consultations. The new client booked on Saturday from your Google profile and paid for the first visit when booking, through your Stripe account. Afterwards, she buys a package of four reviews at the practice: she receives her code and, each time she books with it, one session is deducted automatically. Before each review you open the client's record and go over your private notes from last time. You hold online consultations with the video call tool you always use; BoneBook only stores the appointment. Midweek, a client who hasn't booked for five weeks gets the rebooking reminder with your link and picks a time for Friday. Tomorrow's clients already have their WhatsApp reminder.

On every plan each client has a record with appointment history, private notes and technical records with photos that only your practice sees. It isn't a clinical records system and it doesn't create diet plans.
